    PLACE AN ORDER

    What payment methods do you accept?

    On etotus.com you can checkout using all the main payment circuits: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Maestro, Bancontact, iDeal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay. It is possible to pay in 3 interest-free installments with Klarna. We do not accept direct bank transfers or cash on delivery.

    How secure is my online order?

    When you shop online with your credit card, all your information is entered into an SSL secure web page. Your information is then SSL encrypted and sent directly to our supplier's network, where your card and transaction are pre-authorised and approved. Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

    When will my order be delivered?

    Please allow extra time for order processing during holidays and sales seasons.

    Orders will be processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) and shipped the next day after processing.

    Please contact us if you do not receive tracking confirmation after 5 business days from the day you completed your payment.

    How can I track my order?

    You will receive tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped. The tracking number will be sent to you the day after your order is shipped.

    RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

    How can I return my order?

    If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Please provide your order number and reason for return within 24h/48h. Our customer service will review the return request and send further instructions if the return is approved. All returns must be in original condition with packaging intact.

    What if the items I received are faulty, incorrect or damaged?

    Please contact us within 24h/48h of receiving your order if you have received incorrect, missing and/or defective goods. Please include your order number, photographs of the item(s) and any details of receiving your package. We will do our best to resolve your case as soon as possible.

    How long does the return process take?

    Returns can take up to 7 working days to process from the day we receive your return. We will send you a confirmation email when your return has been processed.
